And the greatest of these is LOVE

Young like us already felt how to love since we were a child, to love our parents, our siblings, our grandparents and friends. To the youth, they had intimate relationship with opposite sex and to the couples out there, by virtue of their love to one another, they were bound in marriage. Love is like rosary that has full of mystery. We felt love and to be loved but we cannot diagnose in our self the beginnings of that affection. We tend to love just to satisfy our bodily needs, to give warmth at night or maybe Cupid pinched one’s heart to love him or her. There is only one such thing, where we could trace the ultimate reason why we love and it is because of love too.
I remember on my elementary years, our classroom in St. Therese School has this sentence written above the board saying: “GOD IS LOVE”, also in our prayer which states, “Jesus, my God, I love you…” God has been and always will be the source of love. God created the world out of nothing (ex nihilo) because He wants to reveal His love to us. Even though man sinned, He still showed His love and the best proof of it is He sent His word and became man, who is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ showed His mercy and compassion to everyone and ever shedding His own human life in the cross to save us from sin. The Father and the Son sent the Holy Spirit to the church, which is us, the church to sanctify it. This accounts that great is the love of God to His people.
It is man’s nature to love. Upon entering in pre-college, I had my girlfriend. She is my mhie and I am her dhie. I left her outside because I want to become a priest. But I still love her and the feeling is mutual. One time, it was MGH in the month of July, I want to communicate with her because that week is our monthsary. I brought a phone inside the seminary just to communicate with her. On the following Sunday on that, it was outing. I brought my phone for the reason to return my phone at home. Our formation director caught me bringing a phone so he gave me sanction of a house-arrest for the whole semester.
We go beyond ourselves and try finding something that we could love. Objects of love includes first the physical objects includes our phones, cars, our money and wealth. Second is other to other individual or things, like our parents, sibling, relatives, peers and maybe pets, food or gadgets. Last is our self. We love food and we consume it because we want to satisfy our needs. All this things provides us convenience, fulfillment and contentment. We feel happiness when we love and feel love. We feel a positive feeling in us when we love. We feel satisfaction. It is on the will of man if he wills to love. It depends on the manner of man, and when we love, we tend to expect—expect for something profit or in return. Everyone expects to achieve happiness and fulfillment from love, yet we are miserable, unhappy and restless. But these objects of love may facilitate or maybe hinder our aspirations. Love is not constant because loving may increase or deteriorate. Our love for another person can become virtually destructive of the other person or maybe to our self, since we try to be egoistic in love.
Love is the reason why we do exist in this world. The love of our parents made us alive in this world. The love they felt with each other and the by-product is us. It is not by chance or fate we came to exist in this world.
Love never ends. It is endless. Hatred exists because of the absence of love.  Let us make God the greatest center of our life for by God is love.
Love moves in mysterious way.
God is love.

So, God moves in mysterious way.
