Seeing the Beauty of Philosophy through Knowledge and Actions

Reading the 12-page module opened my mind on how to apprehend and value of philosophy. Philosophy is made for some reasons for the betterment of mankind.
Words and actions must come together. Why? Because words that are not put into actions are just like talking a bath without removing your clothes or writing a reflection without knowing your pen is not working. It is nonsense. I laughed in the part when the teacher and her students were in the pool doing lecture and practicum on swimming skills. Her students copied in their notes all the words came from her mouth, even those nonsense words. The students were angry and they said that they knew everything about swimming because they have noted well all the words of their teacher. In philosophy, there are lots of theories, sayings, and ways of life of the philosophers but how could this be in reality if we, as promising philosophers will not follow the philosophy they have learnt. Philosophy must be put into reality in order for us to be guided by its light and truth.
The beauty of a thing will not be seen if we don’t use our eyes. Our eyes are the portal for us to appreciate things- pretty or dull. Because of our sense of sight, we tend to ask questions- why we have shadows, why our shadows following us when we walk or riding a vehicle. Our eyes open our minds to the possibilities in life.  But what will happen if our eyes will not function well, maybe due to blindness or near and farsightedness? I remember on my psychology subject that sensation will be paralyzed if even one of the sense organs will not work. But the stories told in the module that even in the absence of sight, other sense like the auditory and cutaneous sensitivities will do the part. We could see the beauty of a song not by seeing its lyrics but by listening to its lyrics and we feel through our hands the coldness or warmth of a thing even without looking at it. In philosophy, we must use our distal senses for us to be used in appreciating the beauty of it. In order to put philosophy into action is to read and hear it properly. Our brain processes the ideas taken and there we tend to ask questions or etymology of something.
Philosophy is created in order for us to question how things came into being. Our minds crave for truth, and by craving, we question, we give queries and we criticize. In order to satisfy the hunger of truth, we must learn to see beauty from within and putting it into reality. In there, we could have our own respective principles or what we call philosophy in life that could govern our stature.
